Information on the procedure
Anyone has the right to request that the digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or some element thereof be ensured. You can also request that information be made available through an alternative means of access, for example, by reading a document which is not accessible digitally, describing the content of a video without audio description, etc.
The request should include the details of the person making the request, an indication of the website or mobile application involved, and a method of contact. If the requesting person reports the need to receive information through an alternative means of access, they should also specify a convenient way to present the information.
The public entity should grant the request immediately, no later than 7 days from the date of the request. If it is not possible to meet this deadline, the public entity shall immediately inform the person who made the request when it will be possible to fulfil the request, but the deadline shall not exceed 2 months from the date of the request. If it is not possible to ensure digital accessibility, the public entity may propose an alternative way to access the information.
If a public entity refuses to comply with a request to provide accessibility or an alternative means of accessing information, the requesting person may file a complaint about the provision of digital accessibility of a website, mobile application or an element of a website or mobile application. Architectural accessibility
The University’s buildings have been equipped with 50 markers of the navigation and information system, which works with the free TOTUPOINT application. The audio description of the space can be consulted on the Totupoint navigation and information system’s website.

The building has architectural barriers that prevent access for people with mobility impairments. In the entrance area there are stairs without ramps. The building is not equipped with an elevator or an accessible toilet. It is possible to enter with a guide dog. There are 3 navigation and information system markers in the building.

Architectural barrier-free lower floor of the building. In the entrance area there is a ramp that allows to climb the stairs leading to the entrance. The following were implemented: mechanisms that allow external doors to open at the push of a button and self-service platforms that allow a person in a wheelchair to enter the ground level. There is an accessible toilet in the building. It is possible to enter with a guide dog. There are 6 navigation and information system markers in the building.

Building free of architectural barriers. The building has an elevator adapted to the needs of wheelchair users and allowing access to all floors. There are accessible toilets in the building. The building is mostly free from architectural barriers. In the entrance area there is a ramp that allows to climb the stairs leading to the entrance. The building has an elevator adapted to the needs of wheelchair users and allowing access to all floors except the entresol. There is an accessible toilet in the building. It is possible to enter with a guide dog. There are 30 navigation and information system markers in the building.

The building has an elevator adapted to the needs of wheelchair users and allowing access to all floors. There is an accessible toilet in the building. It is possible to enter with a guide dog. The building has an elevator adapted to the needs of wheelchair users and allowing access to all floors. In the building there are accessible bathrooms and two rooms equipped with reduced-height furniture. It is possible to enter with a guide dog. There is 1 navigation and information system marker in the building.

Building free of architectural barriers. The building has a modern elevator adapted to the needs of users with various types of disabilities and allowing access to all floors. In the building there is an accessible toilet on the raised ground floor. It is possible to enter with a guide dog.
